Meet Chef Michele Simone:

From the small town of Oppido Lucano, Italy, Chef Michele will delight your senses with his original cooking flare!

Growing up in Italy, Michele learned traditional family recipes while creating his own unique recipes to the delight of his mother and sisters.

Over the years, his recipes have been perfected and now delight patrons of his own Il Lucano Ristorante Italiano in Gig Harbor. Come and experience traditional and new Italian cuisine.
